This has been my favourite recipe to make for the past couple of weeks. I make a batch on Sunday and then eat it all week long, usually taking it to work each morning for breakfast.
Potato chips are my junk food weakness and I am currently in a bad habit of picking up a bag after work and eating either the whole thing, or most of it, before dinner. This habit is being magnified by the fact that my office has bags of chips on offer to snack on every day. But weakness no more!
In light of the colder weather I thought a comforting soup recipe would be good to share. This is my go-to recipe every winter because its so tasty and simple to make.
