This has been my favourite recipe to make for the past couple of weeks. I make a batch on Sunday and then eat it all week long, usually taking it to work each morning for breakfast.
In light of the colder weather I thought a comforting soup recipe would be good to share. This is my go-to recipe every winter because its so tasty and simple to make.
Since starting full time work I have done my best to be a responsible adult and plan my meals each week. I am super lucky to work at a company that provides everything I need for breakfast and an amazing cooked lunch each workday, so I only really need to plan my dinners. I love this recipe so much because the cookies are almost a cake-y texture, depending on how you cook them. They are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside when fresh but set to a more cake-like texture when cooled. Mmmm-mmm.
Honestly, I typically don't make this recipe to add it into other recipes, instead I like to just snack on the strips as they taste like the Cheese and Bacon Shape crackers to me and they were my favourite crackers as a kid!
